This weekend, the Washington Post reported that housing programs could be "among the first to hit the cutting room floor" as Congress works to slim down the $3.5 trillion Build Back Better Act. WE NEED YOUR HELP! We must advocate fiercely for funding that could preserve and create housing affordability options in our communities and across the nation.
I invite you to JOIN US in sending letters to Congress and the White House, urging them to keep the proposed $300 billion for housing and community development programs in the final version of the bill.
