Columbia Housing recently received (46) NAHRO Awards of Merit in the categories of Administrative Innovation and Resident Services from the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Official. Eight (8) of the (46) Awards of Merit were awarded for projects completed in conjunction with Brooks Jeffrey Marketing Inc.

During the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) Online National Conference & Exhibition, NAHRO honored the 52 housing and community development agencies who received 182 Awards of Merit for a wide range of affordable housing and community development programs. These forward-thinking solutions to local housing issues include beautifully designed buildings, resident services, employment, and work skills development programs, public-private partnerships, innovative design projects, and more.

"This year's award winners showcase our members' creativity and hard work as they continue to meet the needs of their local communities," NAHRO Interim CEO Mike Gerber said. "As the global pandemic continues to upend lives across this country, the exceptional work of housing agencies is unrelenting. We hope these innovative projects inspire others as they seek to solve local challenges."
